Changing tools
communication tools have
changed the nature of communication Digital tools have changed communication
life. (Bosamia, 2013)says ICT has
contributed a lot to changing our every day, such as the letter to the e-mail,
market shopping to online shopping, classroom learning to e-learning,
journalism, public and political relations, and so on. What confirms these
changes is that education has benefited from digital tools in the Covid-19
crisis, just as the press has become owned by official pages on social media
platforms, as confirmed (Ruohan Li, 2015)that during the past decade, great
changes have occurred in journalism. Many are due to the rapid rise of social
media” (p181). Not only did the press, but social media changed the work of
public relations, as a study he conducted (Sonja Utz, 2013) also demonstrated.
Also, organizations have embraced social media as an important communication
channel for marketing and PR, as also crisis communication. In addition to
using these platforms in brand building and marketing, (Ruohan Li, 2015)Burch added, the
increased global popularity of social media has led many consumer brands to
turn to consumer-to-consumer marketing methods in recent years. Digital tools
have changed communication structure in all areas, and I do not think that
change can be stopped.
